This Privacy Policy applies to PresidentorActor.com and ActororPresident.com (together, “President or Actor”). It explains the information processed when you visit and play the game, including the role of hosting and, when enabled, third-party advertising.

Anonymous gameplay and information we collect

You do not need an account, email address, or name to play. We do not maintain player profiles or a player database, and we do not intentionally collect or transmit your individual answers or game scores to our servers. Scores are calculated in your browser for the current round. We do not sell player account information because we do not create player accounts.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message and use them to respond, handle requests, and address reported issues. Email providers may retain messages under their own policies.

Hosting and technical information

Our web hosting provider and other infrastructure providers may automatically process IP addresses, device and browser information, request URLs, timestamps, and security logs to deliver, maintain, and protect the website. Their retention periods and practices depend on the services and settings we use. We do not claim that no information is processed anywhere when you visit the site.

Advertising and cookies

Analytics

We do not currently use Google Analytics. If we introduce analytics or other tracking tools, we will update this policy and any applicable consent controls before using them.

Children

President or Actor is a general-audience trivia game, not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us.
